ABOUT SOUL TRANSFORMATION THERAPY

Something To Know

Soul Transformation was a vision birthed decades ago to help individuals overcome struggles with singleness, substance use, sexual abuse, marital issues, parenting challenges, childhood trauma, family conflicts and difficult life events and challenges.

Today, it is the vision of Soul Transformation to transform lives on purpose, with purpose, for purpose.

The philosophy of Soul Transformation is the use of psychotherapy as a tool for transformative healing. No longer do individuals have to be burdened by Unaddressed Trauma; Unforgiveness; Low Self-Esteem, Shame, Addiction or Sexual Abuse/Sexual Assault.

Hear From Our Clients

“I took some time to reflect on my process thus far and even read over some journal entries I did very early on. The words/ feelings that I documented almost feel unrecognizable. I was struggling with so many aspects of my life that I was unable to identify without you. You have pushed and challenged me to get to the root of a lot of hurt/ fears I have been repressing for years. Most importantly you held my hand as I began to work through them, creating a space that always makes me feel safe. You have truly been a Godsend and he connected us at the most perfect timing. Thank you for walking in your purpose and power and helping me while you do the work of the kingdom. You are inspiring in many ways!”

"Sheila has changed my life. When I came to therapy, I knew I was in a dark place and thought I was clear on what I needed to get out of treatment. However, with Sheila's help, I uncovered triggers in my life that have gone unnoticed for years. Sheila created a space where I could be unapologetically transparent, where I felt seen in my vulnerability and could take ownership of my own story."
